Coralla Maiuri Studio is a relatively young luxury tableware and decor brand, still run by its founding generation—artist Coralla Maiuri and her husband Filippe. The heart and creative force behind it all is Coralla — talented and full of many sides. She doesn’t have a formal art degree, she taught herself everything through her own projects and experiments: painting, installations, furniture, and decor. But later, she found her true calling in ceramics and porcelain, where she could fully express her talent and creativity.

The studio is proudly considered a family-run business—the artist’s children and the children of the craftsmen have come to learn and join the creative craft of making exclusive, one-of-a-kind pieces.

The studio has been operating in Rome since 2017, where skilled artisans handcraft and decorate unique collections of vases, centerpieces, tableware, and more, using only techniques that passed down through generations of Italian masters for centuries. Coralla Maiuri porcelain is a highly niche product produced in strictly limited quantities. The entire process takes place exclusively in a medieval Roman palazzo-studio, where every window looks out onto the dome of Sant’Andrea della Valle—offering daily inspiration for new colors and shapes. There, talented and open-minded artists work alongside skilled craftsmen who understand traditional Italian pottery techniques.

The main material is high-quality bone china, used to create true masterpieces, each with its own unique texture that’s always new and one of a kind. In addition, Lavorazione Artigianale produces decor pieces made from the finest, high-quality handmade glass.

Besides ceramics and porcelain, the studio also creates other decorative pieces like pillows and furniture — using elegant materials such as silk, brocade, wood, and metal.

Each piece of the handmade porcelain home decor is the result of 100% handcrafting, from shaping and firing to glazing and decorating.
