Worldwide delivery, fully insured

We ship worldwide with leading international carriers, insured in transit and tracked to your door. In-stock pieces usually ship in 3–5 business days; for made-to-order pieces, we confirm the exact lead time shortly after your order is placed.

Packed to arrive safely

Fine porcelain, crystal and decorative pieces travel in protective packaging built for international transit with custom wooden crating for heavier and high-value pieces. Breakage in transit is our risk, not yours.

Clear costs. No surprises

Shipping is calculated at checkout, and estimated import duties are shared before dispatch where applicable. We handle customs ourselves and keep you informed — nothing for you to manage. Details in our FAQ →

If something arrives damaged, we make it right

Every shipment is insured. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you — simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, keeping the original packaging.

Daily status updates
Once shipped, your order is tracked to your door — and we keep you updated along the way. For large or high-value orders, we contact you personally to coordinate delivery.
