Bread plate from Voliere by Ginori 1735

A fine hand-painted gold band frames the Tangara du Canada bird, shown in warm lively colours that stand out beautifully against the smooth white Italian porcelain. With its classic Impero shape, this bread plate can be matched with other pieces from the collection for a coordinated table setting or used on its own as an elegant and eye-catching addition to dining room. The Voliere Collection is inspired by old botanical drawings. Over fifty shades of color are used to apply detailed designs. Each piece is a beautiful display of skilled craftsmanship, which makes it both practical and a charming collector's item.
