Ca' d'Oro
A harmonious blend of timeless elegance, minimalistic design, and opulent detailing defines the Ca' d'Oro dinnerware collection from Sieger by Fürstenberg. The inspiration for Ca' d'Oro (translating to "the Golden House") stems from the exceptional architecture of the identically named Palazzo in Venice. The designer, Michael Sieger, borrowed elements from the Gothic architectural style, specifically the quatrefoil shape, invoking the image of a blooming summer flower.
Ca' d'Oro is a result of the creative partnership between designer Michael Sieger and renowned porcelain manufacturer Fürstenberg. While the individual pieces are shaped based on the My China dinner service, they have been reimagined with a series of unique black and white motifs. The dinnerware's versatility shines in its finely coordinated system of sizes, shapes, and dimensions that allow for numerous combinations, enabling the creation of visually intriguing table settings.
Each piece in the Ca' d'Oro collection is adorned with a delicate golden rim, meticulously applied by hand. An important detail to note is that both Ca' d'Oro teapots come equipped with a tea strainer, reinforcing the balance between aesthetic appeal and functionality inherent in the entire collection.
