Tressage bowls and flowers

Daum's Tressage bowls collection is inspired by art of weaving that can be found in cultures from the Caribbean to Indonesia. Starting with the preparation of the plaster mold and progressing through to the final crystal glass piece, each bowl is meticulously handcrafted and polished to perfection. Made from a single crystal glass paste, every Tressage bowl is unique, with small air bubbles in the glass highlighting the artisanal process.

Design of Tressage bowls faithfully captures intricate details of traditional basket weaving by transforming this ancient craft into exquisite crystal art. Bowls beautifully reflect textures and patterns of woven bamboo, banana or coconut leaves, which is making them a perfect blend of cultural heritage and Daum's exceptional artistry.
