A Legacy of Passion: The Story of Angelo Schiavon and His Silversmithing Empire. In 1944, a young and enthusiastic artisan named Angelo Schiavon embarked on an apprenticeship with skilled silversmiths and copper hammering artisans. At just thirteen, his passion for silversmithing led him to dedicate his life to crafting exquisite silver objects.

Angelo's eclectic, creative personality and strong determination set him apart from his peers. In 1957, he established his own silversmith workshop in a small storeroom in Treviso, near Venice. His artistry and craftsmanship led to increasing success, with his creations initially sold to antiquarian dealers and local retailers.

By 1964, Schiavon's entire production catered to the finest Italian silverware manufacturers. In 1970, distribution shifted to leading wholesalers, and in 1975, Schiavon exclusively supplied qualified retailers, ensuring selective distribution to upscale shops in Italy and beyond.

Today, the Schiavon plant spans 10,000 square meters on a 20,000-square-meter land, with highly specialized employees maintaining the artisan approach and expertise that define the brand. Angelo's children now proudly join him in managing the company, focusing on future challenges.
